International Society for Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP)

 
 
 
 
 
 
  • comprises members from more than 80 countries;
  • IGIP goals are: ordering and distributions of the best methods of training; statement of training courses which meet all requirements of practice; use of media while teaching technical disciplines; psychological-pedagogical preparation of teachers of technical disciplines;
  • these and other purposes IGIP reaches through: engineering pedagogical education (professional development) and international exchange of knowledge and experience;
  • IGIP awards: title «International Engineering Educator ING.PAED.IGIP  at implementation of the certain qualified requirements;
  • IGIP conducts: International register of Engineering Educator;
  • IGIP documentary confirms and guarantees: qualification and competence of ING.PAED.IGIP;
  • IGIP аccredits: educational establishments as educational institutions for ING.PAED.IGIP preparation.


 

National Section IGIP Ukraine

NMC goals are:

 
  • consecutive psychological-pedagogical preparation of teachers of technical disciplines on the basis of Centers of engineering pedagogics;
  • certification and presentations to the title «International Engineering Educator ING.PAED.IGIP  (IGIP certificate);
  • recording of individuals in the International register of Engineering Educator;
  • accreditation of engineering-pedagogical educational institutions according to the European model of education.
 

Membership in IGIP means:

 
 
 
 
 
 
  • constant possibility of further education in all areas of engineering pedagogics;
  • access to results of the international researches and experience;
  • possibility to set contacts with colleagues from Europe and transoceanic countries;
  • free obtaining of actual information from IGIP reports;
  • possibility to set contacts with UNESCO  due to consultative status of IGIP.
