The delegation of Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy took part in the IGIP Conference of Engineering Pedagogy

 Rector of Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (UEPA), prof. Kovalenko Olena, Dean of the Faculty of International Educational Programs prof. Kovalenko Denys and Professor of the Department of Information Computer and Polygraphy Technology, Director of Center of Engineering Pedagogics UEPA Kupriyanov Oleksandr participated in the 46th International Conference on Engineering Pedagogy IGIP "ICL2017 - Teaching and Learning in a Digital World", held September 27-29 in Budapest.

 

Rector of Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (UEPA), prof. Kovalenko Olena, Dean of the Faculty of International Educational Programs prof. Kovalenko Denys and Professor of the Department of Information Computer and Polygraphy Technology, Director of Center of Engineering Pedagogics UEPA Kupriyanov Oleksandr participated in the 46th International Conference on Engineering Pedagogy IGIP "ICL2017 - Teaching and Learning in a Digital World", held September 27-29 in Budapest.

Within the framework of the conference, which brought together more than 200 representatives from 47 countries, UEPA teachers meet the latest advances in the field of information technology in education, speak to the delegates on the achievements of the UEPA in the direction of the conference, exchanged their views with colleagues, and even tested the robots for performing medical manipulations that are being studied at the Obuda University. The reports of the conference will be published in a series of Springer publishing houses indexed by the Web of Science.

Representatives of the UEPA, as a full member of the International Society for Engineering Pedagogics IGIP, took part in the annual IGIP meeting. A new president of IGIP prof. from Dresden Hanno Hortsch was elected by voting.

According to the decision of the International Monitoring Committee IGIP, the accreditation of UEPA as an educational institution which conforms to IGIP's curriculum for engineering pedagogy for the next 5 years was continued. 19 graduates of Centers of Engineering Pedagogics of UEPA and the National Mining University received the title Ing.Paed.IGIP.
