As part of the Erasmus+ project “New management mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of vocational education teacher training in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)”, on January 12 a round table “PAGOSTE: Results and use. Creation of step-by-step instructions for the implementation of partnership management for higher education institutions of Ukraine” was held.
The organizer of the round table was the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky, Odesa.
More than 100 participants – representatives of institutions of higher, vocational pre-higher and vocational education, educational and methodical centers of vocational education – joined the round table.
The main objectives of the round table:
- presentation of PAGOSTE project results;
- discussion on the implementation of partnership management mechanisms in educational institutions;
- development of a step-by-step guide for the implementation of partnership management mechanisms in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
Among the participants of the round table were representatives of the following institutions:
- University of Konstanz;
- Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman;
- South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky;
- National Transport University;
- Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy;
- Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.
During the round table, the following was presented:
- theoretical models of joint management and perspectives for their implementation in the training of teachers;
- mechanisms of partnership interaction with stakeholders in the training of vocational education teachers in higher education institutions;
- methodological recommendations on the introduction of management mechanisms based on partnership in educational institutions that train applicants for specialty 015 “Vocational education (by specializations)”, approved by the order of Ministry of Education and Science since 01.06.2023 №666;
- features of functioning of the web platform “Partner space 015”.
During the round table, a moderated discussion was held on the advantages and disadvantages of partnership management within the framework of its implementation in the work of Ukrainian higher education institutions and a brainstorm on the preparation of step-by-step recommendations for the implementation of partnership management.
